    Aimbridge Hospitality’s continuing success comes from organic growth and key acquisitions

Launched in 2003 with eight properties, Aimbridge Hospitality today is the leading, global, third-party hotel management company operating branded full service, select service, luxury hotels, destination resorts, convention centers and lifestyle hotels. Aimbridge merged with Interstate Hotels & Resorts in 2019, and now represents a premium portfolio of more than 1,500 branded and independent properties in 49 states and 20 countries.

Aimbridge Hospitality merges with Interstate Hotels and Resorts creating the global leader in third-party hotel management services with a portfolio of more than 1,400 branded, independent and resort properties in 49 states and 20 countries.

Operations expand into Canadian market with opening of business development office in Toronto

2017

Acquires ONE Lodging Management with 115 hotels and 12,000 rooms gaining the title of largest third-party hotel management company

2017

Increases portfolio by 188 hotels and more than 16,000 rooms with the acquisition of TMI Hospitality

2016

Expands by 178 hotels and more than 14,000 rooms with the acquisition of Pillar Hotels & Resorts

2015

Acquires Evolution Hospitality, boosting our portfolio with an additional 30 lifestyle and independent hotels

2014

Adds 38 Hyatt branded hotels with approximately 5,000 rooms

2012

Establishes Channel Point Hospitality division with a focus on mid-scale hotels

Launches resort and luxury segment

Commences interim management and receivership business
