Aimbridge Hospitality Promotes Will Loughran to President of Evolution Hospitality
Aimbridge Hospitality announced today that executive Will Loughran has been promoted to President of Evolution Hospitality. With over 25 years of global team leadership in hospitality management, Loughran brings diverse experience in corporate leadership to lifestyle and luxury hotels. With a focus in management, marketing, operations and business development, Loughran’s expertise in leading soft branded and independent hotels has been a key component in the expansive growth of Evolution Hospitality, the lifestyle division of Aimbridge Hospitality.
During Will’s tenure, Evolution Hospitality has grown fourfold and expanded into a dozen new states. He led Aimbridge and Evolution into Canada and facilitated the merger with Bellstar Hotels and Resorts. He most recently was Chief Operating Officer of Evolution.

Loughran began his career with Marriott International, accumulating a broad range of experience in sales, marketing, management and operations for select service to luxury properties before transitioning to private management companies. He has held leadership roles at several management companies before joining Evolution Hospitality in 2015. Loughran has made innovation and leadership key priorities, with contributions that have helped shape the future of the hospitality industry.
An experienced leader in hospitality management and business, Loughran directs a global team at the Evolution offices located in San Clemente, CA. Loughran serves on the Marriott Autograph and Tribute Advisory Councils, is a board member of the Hotel Association of Canada and is a Commissioner for Visit California.
Loughran cares deeply about his team and believes that associate development and leadership training are the key to a successful organization. He has also been a trailblazer for diversity and inclusion - distinguishing Evolution as a nationally recognized leader, and mentorship programs for employees across the company.
Loughran graduated from Culver Military Academy and holds a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from Tulane University.
